America's Army is one of the five most popular PC action games played online. It provides players with the most authentic military experience available, from exploring the development of Soldiers in individual and collective training to their deployment in simulated missions in the War on Terror.

Honor

While America's Army is a freely available game for players and servers, there is a license fee associated with running a server in Honor Mode.

For those unsure what Honor is - it is a ranking system used in America's Army.

EGN is an official Honor Provider, and offers rental servers with or without the Honor Licensing.

Versions

There are two main version of America's Army commonly used today:

v2.8.2: Released September 2007, this is the latest and most common version used today. There is only Windows client support, but a Server version exists for Windows as well as Linux.
v2.5: Released October 2005, this is the next most popular version, which includes client support for MacOSX and Linux, as well as Windows. Server versions exist for Linux as well as Windows.
