In the course of serving our users and customers, EGN Australia receives, stores and transmits data that may be private or sensitive.

Other data are created and stored by EGN Australia as we configure and maintain users' and customers' service. Examples of these data include your choice of service and logs of your account activity.
EGN Australia will protect the confidentiality of its users' and customers' information, account information and personal communications in a manner consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of EGN Australia, its partners, its employees and its other users and customers.

EGN Australia will not disclose its users' and customers' personal and account data unless EGN Australia has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of EGN Australia, EGN Australia's users and customers, or others, or where EGN Australia has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

The circumstances under which EGN Australia will disclose such electronic user or customer communications are when:

- it is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that EGN Australia determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
- it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by EGN Australia and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
